You're...
My friend,
My companion,
Through good times and bad,
My friend,
My buddy,
Through happy and sad,
Beside me you stand,
Beside me you walk,
You're there to listen,
You're there to talk,
With happiness,
With smiles
,With pain and tears,
I know you'll be there, throughout the years!
You are all good friends to me and I am grateful to you.

ELEVEN. You walk really slow when you're with them.
TEN: You feel shy whenever they're around
NINE: You smile when you hear their voice.
EIGHT: When you look at them, you can't see the other people around you, you just see him/her.
SIX: They're all you think about.
FIVE: You realize you're always smiling when you're looking at them.
FOUR: You would do anything for them, just to see them
THREE:]While reading this, there was one person on your mind this whole time.
TWO:You were so busy thinking about that person, you didn't notice number seven was missing
ONE: You just scrolled up to check & are now silently laughing at yourself.

"* Love runs a marathon with blistered heels just to keep you company.
*Love won't take a break until you have what you need.
*Love doesn't get grumpy if you win the lottery and refuses to share a penny.
*Love doesn't act like you're a stranger just because you have a giant green booger in your nose.
*Love, though perfect, isn't full of its self.
*Love doesn't push its self into places where it's not invited.
*Love doesn't take cuts in front of anybody.
*Love doesn't go crazy when you totaled the car.
*Love doesn't keep track of all the times you blow it.
*Love does't laugh when a jerk falls on his face.
*Love doesn't make the story bigger than it is.
*Love can be spat upon, beaten, and even murdered and it'll just keep loving.
*Love trusts God implicitly.
*Love doesn't feel bad about what happened yesterday.
*Love keeps running the marathon until it reaches the end.

The Poem
I knelt to pray but not for long,
I had too much to do. I had to hurry and get to work
For bills would soon be due.
So I knelt and said a hurried prayer,
And jumped up off my knees.
My Christian duty was now done
My soul could rest at ease.....
All day long I had no time
To spread a word of cheer
No time to speak of Christ to friends,
They'd laugh at me I'd fear.
No time, no time, too much to do,
That was my constant cry,
No time to give to souls in need But at last the time,
the time to die I went before the Lord , I came,
I stood with downcast eyes. For in his hands God! held a book;
It was the book of life. God looked into his book and said
'Your name I cannot find I once was going to write it down...
But never found the time'
I had too much to do. I had to hurry and get to work
For bills would soon be due.
So I knelt and said a hurried prayer,
And jumped up off my knees.
My Christian duty was now done
My soul could rest at ease.....
All day long I had no time

No time to speak of Christ to friends,

this is a remake..
love never barges into unwanted places.
love never stops loving
love doesnt laugh when someone falls flat on their face
love doesnt get mad when you win the lottery and dont share a penny
love although perfect doesnt boast
love runs a marathon with blistered heals just to keep you company
love finishes the race even if it is tired
love never hates
love is never ending
love is Jesus Christ
love never barges into unwanted places.

Here is the Lyrics
I have heard so many songs
Listened to a thousand tongues
But there is one
That sounds above them all
The Father' song
The Father's loveYou sung it over me and for eternity
It's written on my heart
Heaven's perfect melody
The Creator's symphony
You are singing over me
The Father's song
Heaven's perfect mystery
The king of love has sent for me
And now you're singing over me
The Father's song
I have heard so many songs

A poem for a mom
If you could just imagine
One more moment is all that I'm asking
Knowing that one day
God's gonna open up the gates
And take my mother away
And I dream of it
Hurts to know that I could be a better Daughter
Did so much for me, but I haven't done none
But I can, and I'm willing to change
Play a better part, with this life as my stage
And when she leaves, there'll be a smile on her face
So I will let her go on a good page
All I care about is her happinessAnd when the time comes, damn I'll sure miss
But that's what happens, it's inevitable
My perfect mother is unforgettable
But as long as she knows that I love her so
The tears'll fall, but I'll have to let her go
Because I know every minute now is sacred
So we need to make time the best we can make it
We gotta take it slowAnd I'll do the best I can to show
That before you go, I do careBefore the time comes that you gotta leave here
Mama, i'll meet you there.

Just Stay
A nurse took the tired, anxious serviceman to the bedside. 'Your son is here,' she said to the old man.She had to repeat the words several times before the patient's eyes opened.
He was heavily sedated because of the pain of his heart attack, he dimly saw the young uniformed Marine standing outside the oxygen tent. He reached out his hand. The Marine wrapped his toughened fingers around the old man's limp ones, squeezing a message of love and encouragement.
The nurse brought a chair so that the Marine could sit beside the bed. All through the night the young Marine sat there in the poorly lighted ward, holding the old man's hand and offering him words of love and strength. Occasionally, the nurse suggested that the Marine move away and rest awhile. He refused. Whenever the nurse came into the ward, the Marine was oblivious of her and of the night noises of the hospital - the clanking of the oxygen tank, the laughter of the night staff members exchanging greetings, the cries and moans of the other patients. Now and then she heard him say a few gentle words. The dying man said nothing, only held tightly to his son all through the night.
Along towards dawn, the old man died. The Marine released the now lifeless hand he had been holding and went to tell the nurse. While she did what she had to do, he waited.
Finally, she returned. She started to offer words of sympathy, but the Marine interrupted her.'Who was that man?' he asked. The nurse was startled, 'He was your father,' she answered.. 'No, he wasn't,' the Marine replied. 'I never saw him before in my life.'
'Then why didn't you say something when I took you to him?''I knew right away there had been a mistake, but I also knew he needed his son, and his son just wasn't here. When I realized that he was too sick to tell whether or not I was his son, knowing how much he needed me, I stayed.'
The next time someone needs you ... just be there. Stay.
